Alexis Ren and Alan Bersten can do no wrong! They took on the challenge of Pocahontas with a foxtrot that was something out of a fairytale. Not to mention the undeniable chemistry these two have built up! Ren and Bersten executed the routine with effortless grace, which might be why they received the highest score of the night – 29/30!

We saw another Viennese waltz performance from Juan Pablo Di Pace and Cheryl Burke this week. #TeamChernando themed their routine around Beauty and the Beast and they both received great feedback from the judges – per usual! One thing judge, Carrie Ann Inaba, says sets Di Pace apart from the rest is his flare. Following in #TeamRenTen’s footsteps, this couple also received a score of 29/30.

Anyone could’ve guessed that Demarcus Ware and his partner, Lindsay Arnold would be portraying characters from the disney hit, Hercules (with Ware playing Hercules, of course!). Despite receiving all positive feedback from the judges, these two only took home a score of 26/30, which seemed a little harsh because they really did great!

Disclaimer: Joe Amabile and Jenna Johnson did not take home one of the highest scores of the night, but they did show vast improvement with their jive performance this week. Wreck it Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet was the theme for their performance. The judges could have been a little more generous when scoring this routine, because even though they all agreed that Joe has a faint glimmer of hope they still only scored the routine a 17/30.

Milo Manheim and Witney Carson performed a quickstep to The Incredibles 2 theme song. Manheim completed the routine with nice upper body form and sharpness. The only constructive criticism they received was from Len Goodman on their body contact, which he attributed to the tightness of the costumes. They received a score of 27/30.

After everyone performed, Bruno Tonioli said that everyone did great, and we have to agree! Maybe it’s just the Disney magic, but this week the stars really leveled up. When it came time to call out the couples in jeopardy, #TeamWaresOurMirrorBall and #TeamRenTen had their names announced. My first reaction is to just go ahead and shut the TV off, until announcer, Tom Bergeron, said, “It’s Disney week! No one goes home!”
Looks like we will be seeing everyone return next week as the stars take on Halloween night! Tune into ABC at 8/7c for a spooky show!
